[Open to everyone in Seireitei] [DisOrdEr]
Her new disguise was proving to serve her well enough; no one had stopped her, save for some idiots from the 11th division--but they were taken care of easily enough.

"Oi! Yamada!" The man was large; three times her size as he approached, a large axe resting upon his shoulder. He spat to the side, then looked to her, grinning. "So, who the fuck do you think you are? Do you even know where you are right now, dumbass?"

Tayuya straightened her stance, gritting her teeth and spitting as well--directly onto his tabi socks. "What the fuck is it to you, shitface?" She crossed her arms, scowling at the man, who looked as though he'd just been hit by a bullet train.

"You little shit--!" he raised the axe, swinging it straight for her, his blood boiling. "I'll fucking kill you!"

It took all of two seconds to end it, and those without a keen eye would have missed the whole ordeal: her right foot landed upon the thick handle of the axe, and she used that as a launch-pad--spinning off a round-house kick for his neck--a pressure point that coul have very well knocked the man into a coma.

He landed, with a heavy and hard thud, as she landed in a crouch and began to walk away. She could have attempted to go further, but bloodshed would have had her found out way too easily.

Heading into the tenth division, Tayuya decided it best to simply move through quickly: find where that busty shinigami was and raid her liquor supply, then leave. She made for the baracks, shifting through quietly, but with her head held high. She remembered the woman's sccent well enough; a light perfume with the heavy smell of liquor near-enveloping it.

Now, to find out where, exactly, the bitch had gone off to.

Kenpachi had been out and about— as much as he wanted to stay in the 11th division office and let the other captains worry about the stupid ryoka (unless one of them proved to be a worthy opponent, he didn’t really care if they were alive or dead or if they’d found a way into the Soul Society) he’d been dispatched with the rest of them and was duty bound to run around like a fool on patrol stupid old Yamamoto— when he found one of his subordinates sprawled on the ground near the divider between the 10th and 11th divisions.

He’d been knocked out rather efficiently; a large bruise on his neck told the captain that it had been a quick fight.

Pretty sure that none of the other Shinigami would have been able to knock out one of his men, Kenpachi searched for a clue, a scent, or a set of tracks. Even a quick fight would have left a mark on the surrounding area.

Finding nothing but spit, he straightened and remembered that the ryoka were supposed to be Shinobi.

Ninja’s, huh…

Subtle fight, no traces, not even a whiff to tell him if there really was another person in the area. In a rare show of intellect beyond the battle field, Kenpachi put two-and-two together coming up with the only possible solution.

That’s it.

Running towards the 10th division (he’d come from the 11th division headquarters. If the perpetrator had gone in that direction he was sure</b he would have noticed), he went hunting for the ryoka that did this. He hoped that it might even prove to be a decent fight.

She sat perched upon the division's borders, narowing her eyes to search out where the woman could possibly be. There was no doubt that she was a vice-captain, which would likely place her in the nicer barracks or even the division's headquarters itself, which Tayuya spotted right away.

She gave pause, looking back to see a large figure in the distance; her eyes narrowing. He could have easily been a visitor to the division's head (what with his captain's cloak) but he also could have been tracking her, and Tayuya was well aware that she couldn't be caught so easily. She'd already come to the conclusion that she currently looked like someone (pure coincidence, really), but she hadn't a clue as to how the boy acted. Either way, it was safer to stay disguised as him for the time -- at least until she ran into him.

Dropping from the wall, she headed around toward the gates and--with her teeth grit--gave a bow to the approaching captain.
k_pachi on August 27th, 2006 02:35 pm (UTC)
What the hell?

Kenpachi stared at the 4th division worm in front of him. He didn’t recognize him other than the fact that he belonged to the weakest division in the Gotei 13 (that medical pack slung around his back and his wimpy appearance told him as much) but something was strange about the way the boy was hanging around the 10th division; it was also very odd how he met him head on and bowed. 4th division worms didn’t bow to him, they scurried away like frightened rats (except Unohana, but she was a captain herself).

Kenpachi’s eyes narrowed as they observed the still bowing boy. He had half a mind to ask him what he was doing hanging around the 10th division but that wouldn’t be very productive seeing as he had neither the knowledge of the boy’s normal attitude nor the patience for mind games.

So he settled for something simpler.

He drew his zanpakuto and slashed at the figure in front of him. Something was off about him and Zaraki Kenpachi always followed his instincts (even if his sense of direction sucked). A fight would tell him if this was an ordinary 4th division loser or someone in disguise.

Either way, he got to relieve a bit of that earlier irritation.

What the FUCK--

Tayuya was gone in an instant--crouching upon the rooftop of one of the barracks the next. "Fucking asshole!" she spat, as she quickly regained her ground. Best to just leave, as much as she wanted to fight the bastard; she'd likely blown enough of her cover and would have to change her appearance before he noticed.

Still, running from a fight really pissed her off. She'd have liked to take him on; and with his obvious strength, he'd have been a fun challenge. Really, being dead was proving to be way too much trouble than she thought it would be.

Making a run for the division's exit--at nea-blinding speeds--Tayuya darted to the side and through the long, open-roofed corridors of the outer area.
k_pachi on August 27th, 2006 10:13 pm (UTC)
He cursed loudly when his zanpakuto whizzed through nothing but air. The boy had disappeared so quickly that his one eye had missed where he went. Looking around for signs of whoeverthatwas, he growled deep in his throat when he couldn’t spot anything.

SHIT

Shinobi, Ryoka, whatever, now he felt the stirrings of interest. He wanted to fight damnit, he’d search all night if that’s what it took.

Kenpachi took off running towards the 9th division.
Tayuya Di Ciccoviolentwoodwind on August 28th, 2006 02:16 pm (UTC)
She had long since changed her appearance, with a wide grin, to that of a young kunoichi that she had known before death. Actually, she hadn't really known the girl, but--well, tht was another story.

Propping her large fan onto the ground, Tayuya gave a grin, watching Kenpachi's approach. As long as she was able to get away at the right time, she'd be able to fight well enough. The man looked like he was all brawn, and with his approach, her brain went to work on calculating just what moves she'd be pulling.
k_pachi on August 29th, 2006 08:22 am (UTC)
Kenpachi took the direct route to the 9th division (even if his fukutaicho wasn’t here he wasn’t about to risk getting lost), running as fast as he could. The adrenaline was getting to him and he grinned toothily. He’d gotten exited when that boy dodged his swing and…

Wait.

He rounded a corner and came face-to-face with a strangely dressed girl holding what looked like a large fan. As unfamiliar as she was, there was something strange about her, much like the boy earlier.

“Who’re you?” He asked, drawing his zanpakuto.

Just then, Naruto came running around the corner, shouting, "THERE IS NO RAMEN IN THIS PLACE."

He immediately stopped in his path when he spotted the young kunoichi. Was that- It was. Temari! Gaara's older sister.

Waving his arms in the air, he called out to her, "HEY! HEY! TEMARI! I'M OVER HERE!"

Naruto was glad that he was finding more and more of his friends. Temari couldn't exactly be considered a 'friend' but she was close enough. A ninja, at least.

He caught a glimpse of a rather large man behind her and his arms fell to his sides. What was going on here?
k_pachi on August 30th, 2006 10:05 am (UTC)
If Kenpachi had been a lesser shingami he would have groaned (or at least been startled by the loud new arrival) but as it was, he’d already felt the unfamiliar reiatsu approaching. It fluctuated, much like Ichigo’s, but it was almost completely human. Almost.

He observed the new arrival with no small amount of disgust. He knew, from having raised Yachiru, that even kids could be incredibly dangerous (deadly in the worst cases) but this one… this one just screamed stupid. In one move, he’d managed to help identify the girl and put himself in danger.

“Don’t move,” He ordered, eyeing both ryoka. He pointed his zanpakuto at the girl while keeping his senses on the boy; he’d provoke fight them both if he had to.

Now it’s getting interesting… He grinned despite himself. Even if the boy was as mentally challenged as he appeared, at least the girl—Temari, eh?—looked serious.
Tayuya Di Ciccoviolentwoodwind on August 30th, 2006 05:14 pm (UTC)
Well, shit. Tayuya gave a grin, trying her hardest not to burst into any bouts of laughter that may have blown her cover. Keeping her eyes on Kenpachi, she opened the fan to it's first point. "Naruto." she acknowledged him, having heard his name a few times before from Shikamaru. She already knew the boy as loud and moronic--what with how slow he was when she'd punched him long ago, and she wasn't even all that great when it came to Taijutsu--ad he'd serve to be a good distraction later on.

"That's right," she said, "Temari of the Sand." Best to get the girl's identity out--she could escape later and leave Temari with whatever burdens Tayuya left behind. "Now, are you gonna sit there like a moron, or fight me? I don't have all day," A cocky grin spread across her lips as she waited for Kenpachi's first move.
k_pachi on August 31st, 2006 01:48 pm (UTC)
Kenpachi watched as the girl—Temari—opened her abnormally large fan; she acted rather casually, calling out to her (team mate? friend? comrade?) while keeping her eyes on him. She seemed almost pleased about something.

“Now are you gonna sit there like a moron, or fight me? I don’t have all day,”

The captain shot her a grin of his own, feral in that I-eat-babies-for-breakfast way that always made his opponents crap their pants. Now if that wasn’t an invitation to attack, nothing was and Ichigo’s natural hair color was green.

Kenpachi, propelled by a strong burst of reiatsu, lunged forward and brought his zanpakuto down, aiming for the girl’s head.
insertfartjoke on September 1st, 2006 08:27 pm (UTC)
Naruto watched in pure horror as the man's sword came crashing down on Temari's head. A sudden wave of pressure was forced onto his body. Naruto forced a leg to move and started to run towards Temari.

He knew that Temari was a strong fighter, she could handle the man, but Naruto would be prepared just in case.

Naruto started to perform the hand seals anyway.
k_pachi on September 2nd, 2006 08:20 am (UTC)
He spied the boy rushing towards them, even as he attacked the girl. Kenpachi wouldn’t have minded him, had the said boy not been doing something strange with his hands.

What were those hand movements?

But as intent as he was on his attack, he didn’t have time to think about it.
Tayuya Di Cicco: Smirk.violentwoodwind on September 8th, 2006 02:55 am (UTC)
Good enough distraction. She skidded to a stop, giving a cocky snort and resting the fan onto her shoulder.

Poised behind the large man, she gave a sneer, looking up to him. She could already tell that his reiatsu--that's what it was, since it sure as hell wasn't chakra--was seemingly coating his body with a kind of barrier.

"Oi, Naruto!" she called, "Hurry the fuck up with it!" Eh, she slipped. But the Temari girl seemed to be quite a bitch as it was, so a curse or two wouldn't hurt her too much.

She was gone in the blink of an eye, letting the slightest taunts and laughs echo throughout the area. "C'mon, shitface--try and find me!"
k_pachi on September 9th, 2006 03:46 pm (UTC)
C’mon, shitface—try and find me!

Kenpachi growled, low and deep, and watched as the female ninja took off. Sparing no time, he quickly took off after her, too immersed in battle-lust to give up the fight now.

She was fast, he would give her that, but his little vice-captain was faster. And no matter how freakishly fast she was, he could still outpace her with his long legs. He quickly caught up and swiped at her with his zanpakuto.

The blond ninja stayed forgotten; his strange hand movements at the back of Kenpachi’s mind.
the_pinkterror on September 9th, 2006 04:24 pm (UTC)
Yachiru wandered about the Seireitei trying to find her Ken-chan.As she dragged her zanpakuto along, she thought, why do all of the walls have to look the same around here? Ken-chan had told her to come watch the fight...,but she didn't know where. "Ken-chan!" she called, hoping for a response. If she didn't find him soon, she wouldn't be able to see the ninjas.
k_pachi on September 9th, 2006 05:03 pm (UTC)
He heard her calling him and cursed loudly inside. He'd just managed to attempt another attack on the ninja and here was the brat CALLING HIM for fucks sake.

"OI YACHIRU!" He yelled, more than a little pissed off. His pink-haired ward should have known better, should have tracked him like she usually did.

Brat probably overdosed on sugar again, Was his bitter thought.

But the ninja was still in front of him so he still had a chance to fight (and possibly capture her if Yachiru got her butt into action and found her way here).
the_pinkterror on September 9th, 2006 07:32 pm (UTC)
Yachiru distantly heard Ken-chan's voice. She sensed his reiatsu and headed toward it. She wasn't too far away. She rounded a few corners and saw a blond boy standing there. "Hey blondie!"she called,"Have you seen this really big guy called Ken-chan?"
k_pachi on September 11th, 2006 10:46 am (UTC)
He heard her voice, they weren’t that far away from where they were a few moments ago. She was, god forbid, talking to that other blond ninja.

“I’m right over here!” He roared, hoping the girl didn’t use his preoccupation as a chance to run. Even if she did, he would just have to give chase anyway and it was never any fun chasing after opponents.
